I took a public relations campaign course this semester
where I created a media plan, crisis plan and business plan.

Media Relations Plan:
The media relations plan includes the scenario we were given, a situational analysis of the scenario, the goal, objectives, tactics, messages, budget and a media contact list for the campaign. I also wrote a news release, social media release and an audio news recording for this campaign project.
Crisis Plan:
The crisis plan includes the scenario we were given, a situational analysis of the crisis, goals, objectives, tactics, messages, a fact sheet, question and answer sheet for media queries, protocol for media on site, spokesperson information, question and answer sheet for residents, a media contact list for the campaign. I also wrote a news release, social media release and an ANR for this campaign project as well.
Group Business Plan:
The business plan created for this course was done with a group of three other students. My group worked with a local Manhattan, Kansas, yoga studio for this project. The plan includes a situational analysis of the business, goals, objectives, tactics, messages, campaign timeline, a fact sheet, a media contact list, two news releases, two social media releases, two ANRs, a podcast, new logo design along with several mockups for our client.

Periscope Case Study:
Spring 2015 for a PR case study course, we had a final project to make a group case study and YouTube video on any topic of our choice. I proposed Periscope for our group topic. A group member and I did the video production, I recorded the second part of the voice over, two other group members and I did research for the project.
Derrick Boogaard Case Study:
In 2013 during a Sports PR course, we had a final project to make a group case study and YouTube video on any sports related topic of our choice. My group covered Derrick Boogaard, hockey player, for our subject. A group member and I did the video production, two other group members and I did research for the project.
